    1. You’re exactly correct. Be sure to always discuss things in detail with your insurance provider. Each company and area is different. Even though we’re a College Station based company with branches in Houston, Bryan, Navasota, Brenham, and in between; there are different rules and regulations for each area. For example the wind ratings in Houston are different from those in College Station because of proximity and distance to the coast.
