Each of our roofing projects is backed by manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties cover material defects that may go unnoticed, but not necessarily installation-related issues or damage. To cover this portion of the roofing process, we back our work up with a minimum workmanship warranty.

What is the difference between a manufacturer guarantee and a roofing company guarantee?
A Brenham roofing company’s guarantee is only effective if they are still in business. If the company is no longer in business, the guarantee is no longer valid. A manufacturer’s warranty, on the other hand, lasts for a certain length of time. Typically, the duration of time is stated in the product warranty. This type of guarantee is a standard agreement between the product manufacturer and you.
We make repairs up to the duration of time stated on the product warranty. After that, the contractor’s guarantee would continue to apply as it was originally stated. What are the different types of warranties?
