Schulte Roofing® provides award-winning commercial and residential roofing services no matter the roof type, complexity, or budget. We design and build roofs with thousands of material, color, and performance options. Our commitment to excellence means we provide installations that exceed manufacturer specifications. Whether it is a simple repair or a completely new roof, we back all of our work up with the industry’s best warranties.

We maintain our local roots with headquarters in Navasota, TX, and offices and employees in Bryan, College Station, and The Woodlands, TX. We proudly serve the entire State of Texas.

We’re invested in our community by being a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, the Better Business Bureau, BCS Home Builders Association, BCS Apartment Association, and many area Chambers of Commerce including Bryan/College Station, Grimes County, Washington County, and Austin County.

Because of our community-first approach and our commitment to excellence, we’re voted the best roofing company year after year, maintained an A+ accreditation with the BBB, earned a Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, were a part of the Guinness World Record team for the World’s Largest Gingerbread House, and are a Top 100 Roofing Company in the United States.

History

Schulte Roofing® began business in 1994 in Alvin, TX, and before long established a reputation for quality work that led to opportunities in surrounding communities such as Clear Lake, Pasadena, Deer Park, and the greater Houston area. In 1996, owner David Schulte moved the company to Navasota and soon took a leadership position in the Brazos Valley area roofing market. The company was incorporated in 2002 and has since grown to four locations. Its reputation for getting the job done right extends out of state, sometimes prompting calls to assist with the aftermath of some of our nation’s worst storms. For 30+ years Schulte Roofing has been staying “committed to excellence” – their slogan from Day One.

It also means responsibly maintaining profitability to underwrite our company’s growth and stability today and into the future, for both our customers and our employees.

Our ethics are tightly bound to its “committed to excellence” mission. For over 30 years, our company has strived to be the best and to perform at our best every day. As a multi-generational family business, our customers can rest assured that we will be here far into the future should they need us again or have a warranty issue.

Workmanship

Our roofers, installers, and fabricators are trained in-house on all procedures, manufacturer guidelines, building codes, architectural guidelines, and product specifications. Each team member undergoes continual education to ensure state compliance, installation procedures, workmanship, manufacturer certification, and safety training.

All employees are also background-checked, drug-screened, and covered with general liability, worker’s compensation, and catastrophic coverage insurance.
