Although there are multiple people throughout the organization that process the paperwork, schedule the jobs, etc., your point of contact remains the assigned Project Manager or Roofing Specialist to give you that personalized service. Additionally, the quality control inspections during your job, the follow up calls afterwards, and the customer survey forms at conclusion, are just more ways to guarantee your complete satisfaction!
