Grace Bible Church
Background
Schulte Roofing completed a comprehensive 90,000-square-foot metal re-roofing project at Grace Bible Church in College Station, encompassing both their weekday school building and main sanctuary. The project, initiated due to hail damage, involved replacing the existing standing seam metal roof system originally installed in the early 1990s.
Challenges
Understanding the church’s desire for longevity and aesthetic improvement, we implemented a modern standing seam metal roof system backed by an extensive manufacturer’s warranty. The project included updating the color scheme to give the building a contemporary appearance while incorporating required structural support improvements to meet current building codes.
Solutions
Our team maintained close communication with church leadership throughout the project, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily operations while managing weather-related challenges and coordinating necessary structural modifications.
The completed renovation delivered a striking transformation, featuring a new standing seam roof and gutter system that modernized the building’s appearance while providing enhanced durability and protection.
