Background

Schulte Roofing completed a comprehensive 880-square-foot roofing renovation for the REI retail location in College Station, featuring a complex multi-component installation. Our approach involved carefully removing existing built-up roofing by vacuuming loose gravel and implementing a strategic roofing system that included mechanically attached insulation and a 60-mil TPO membrane.

Challenges

The project extended beyond traditional roofing, incorporating wall panels, canopy roof, soffit panels, gutters, downspouts, and fascia. We worked closely with the client to optimize R-values across different building sections, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting stringent performance requirements.
